I support women—especially mothers and women who run their own businesses—in understanding themselves more deeply so they can move through life and their work with greater clarity and alignment. Through a blend of storytelling, Human Design, Ayurveda, and strategic guidance, I help women recognize their natural rhythms, trust their voice, and share their work in ways that feel authentic rather than forced. My work creates space for women to reflect, grow, and reconnect with who they are beneath the many roles they carry. Whether through workshops, speaking, consulting, or collaborative spaces, my intention is simple: to help women feel seen, understood, and supported as they step more fully into their lives and leadership.
