I am a functional wellness and nutrition specialist with a background in personal training and fitness. I work with people to help them find their ideal nutrition. My goal is to teach them to listen to their body and really heal from the inside out. I also do Ionic Detox Foot Baths, teach Pilates and yoga and I sell various crafts including sun catchers, essential oils, organic beef tallow moisturiser and homemade cards.
